1. The Good Guys branded gift cards (?Gift Cards?) entitle the holder to goods/services equal to the value stated on the Gift Card or remaining after partial redemption.2. Gift Cards are only redeemable within any The Good Guys Store and the online retail store: www.thegoodguys.com.au.3. Gift Cards are not redeemable for goods purchased from The Good Guys eBay store.4. Gift Cards are not redeemable for goods purchased from The Good Guys Commercial (including goods purchased from The Good Guys Commercial websites).5. Gift Cards cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.6. Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.7. The value shown on the Gift Card includes GST.8. Gift Cards are partially redeemable, and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash.9. If the card holder's order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the Gift Card and the retail price of the goods or services.10. All Gift Cards sold at The Good Guys or at third party locations do not expire. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any time even if a Gift Card specifies an expiry date. This excludes third party gift cards sold at The Good Guys or at third party locations where The Good Guys is a participating retailer on the gift card, such as Ultimate Gift Cards (e.g. Ultimate Home Gift Card) and The Card Network Gift Cards (e.g. The Home Gift Card), which will be subject to the expiry date stated on those cards.11. Should The Good Guys suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Card, The Good Guys may refuse to redeem the Gift Card or cancel the redemption of the Gift Card.12. The Good Guys is not liable for any lost/stolen Gift Cards. Please contact The Good Guys immediately if your Gift Card has been lost/stolen. Lost/stolen Gift Cards may be replaced at The Good Guys? discretion if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided, and the Gift Card has not been redeemed.13. A Gift Card can be used to purchase another third-party gift card e.g. Xbox Gift Cards, Sony PlayStation Gift Cards. However, a Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another The Good Guys branded gift card.14. Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned, unless otherwise required by law.

All our stock is held in local warehouses in Australia.

My Layby will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 10 business days of completing your layby payments.

This time frame factors in the confirmation of the layby order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock ' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.

Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 10 business day window to accommodate the processes above.

Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.

Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.

If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.

Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.

    

Returns 

We guarantee your satisfaction with all My Layby merchandise. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from My Layby you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement.

Please choose carefully when ordering on My Layby. Once you have ordered the item, you are committed to the purchase. Under the Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund in the event of a major product failure - not if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item doesn't fit.
