How to update my bank details
or payment method using
direct debit, credit card or paypal?

 


 

Go to the member login page for your My Layby accout and sign in

 

 

 


 

Go to the "My Account" menu and click on "My Orders".

 


 

Your recent orders will be on display. 

On the order you wish to make a change, select "View Order".

 

 

 


 

Here you will be prompted with a list of information related to the order.

If you scroll to the area "Layby Order Information", you will see the option to

"Adjust payment method". Click this option.

 

 

 


 

You will now be prompted with multiple options to make changes.

You can select to use direct debit, credit card or paypal.

Choose your preferred payment method.

Update your details and finally save the information.

Your payment method will be changed.

 

 

 


Please note: Once PayPal has been selected as a payment method, it can not be changed back to credit card or direct debit method this way. Currently this type of change requires you contacting our team directly via email or phone.
