Delivery

My Layby offer free delivery to metro areas within Australia. There are some locations in Australia that unfortunately we cannot deliver to and if we receive an order for one of these locations we will let you know. If we are delivering a larger item to a non metro area we may need to charge an extra freight charge on that order and we will let you know after you have placed your order with us if this is the case. 
In most cases, items will be ready for despatch at the end of your Layby period. Some items may be delivered by a third party and may be delivered separately from any other items purchased. Items will be delivered by courier or Australia Post. You will be notified via email when your order is being sent out. If there are any questions regarding delivery of your purchased items, please contact the My Layby Team at customerservice@mylayby.com

Pre Christmas Delivery 2019 

For orders where delivery is required prior to the 25th of December 2019, you must set the 'Estimated Delivery Date' on the order at no later than the 1st of December 2019. Any orders with the estimated delivery date set after the 1st of December 2019 may not be delivered prior to the 25th of December 2019.


Paying off orders early

Please note that an 'Estimated Delivery Date' is set when you initially place your order, and we expect to deliver your order to you on or around that Estimated Delivery Date if you make all your payments succesfully when they are due. If you pay your order off early it can take 5 to 15 days for delivery of your order from your final payment date.
